D-Line & Pass Rush U

DLine & Pass Rush U is a 5-week defensive line development program focused on pass rush technique, hand combat, get-off explosiveness, and football IQ.
Athletes are grouped by age to ensure high-level instruction and development.

Schedule:
• Tuesdays: 4:00–6:00 PM
• Thursdays: 4:00–6:00 PM
• Sundays: 5:00–7:00 PM
​
Age Groups:
• Hour 1: Ages 8–13
• Hour 2: Ages 14–17
$199 per athlete – unlimited sessions for the full program
